Thirty years ago, the pediatrician founders of Children First Medical Group, Inc. (CFMG) organized a system to provide the best possible outpatient healthcare for children in Northern California. Unlike other organizations, CFMG is dedicated to providing Managed Medi-Cal for our most vulnerable children of all backgrounds.

Today, we work with over 550 primary care community and university physicians and pediatric specialists who provide the best care available for your child.
