What's Aluminum Doing In Our Vaccines?
When we go shopping for snacks, we look at the ingredients to make sure it is safe and healthy. The same thing applies to vaccines. When people read about the ingredients in a vaccine, they may wonder why they are having a metal injected into their bodies.
Where did this come from? In 2021, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stated, “You wonder why a whole generation of children is allergic to stuff…It’s because we’re inducing allergies, pumping them full of aluminum” (Rosenbluth).
This has caused many to believe that aluminum in vaccines is unsafe for our children. Research over decades and multiple countries continuously proves otherwise.

New Research Confirms the Safety of Aluminum in Our Vaccines
One study in Denmark, with a sample size of 1.2 million Danish kids and a length of 24 years, concluded that aluminum in vaccines is “not associated with increased risk of 50 health conditions in early childhood” (George).
Researchers looked at kids who got different vaccines with different aluminum levels. These vaccines protect against diseases like diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, hepatitis, and more. They wanted to compare if getting more aluminum from vaccines before age 2 was linked to having any long-term health problems. The study found that more aluminum from vaccines was not linked to a higher risk of autism, ADHD, or asthma. In fact, kids who got a little more aluminum had a slightly lower chance of having those conditions.
In vaccines, infants receive about 4.4 mg of aluminum salts from vaccines. In the first 6 months of their diet, breast-fed infants receive about 7 mg. Infants who use formula ingest about 38 mg, and infants who use soy formula consume almost 117 mg of aluminum.
It is important to note that aluminum is in the foods and drinks we consume. It’s in tea leaves, baked goods, American cheese, and so much more. Aluminum packages are so much of our food supply. Our drinks. Our soups. Our takeout food. Aluminum is everywhere in our food chain.
It is natural to be doubtful. It is natural to want to avoid risks for the most important person in your life—your baby. It is important to want to know what ingredients are in our vaccines, if they are affecting our kids’ health long-term? Some people worry about aluminum, but science shows that the small amount in vaccines is safe. Make sure to get answers from trusted science and facts.
